Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation of new client profiles during implementation
  • Ensures the successful "hand-off" to other departments following the client implementation
  • Work with internal teams to ensure accuracy and success of payroll and employee benefits
  • Monitor statuses of employee onboarding and benefit enrollment
  • Analyze and evaluate data and discrepancies by using various reporting tools
  • Monitor all procedures that affect quality within the operations department
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop, review, and administer new and existing procedures
  • Identify & drive process improvement and standardization opportunities
  • Obtain expert knowledge of PEO company services
Specific Skills Needed:
  • Strong Microsoft office skills including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Advanced Excel proficiency (e.g. complex formulas - if statements, v-lookup, and pivot tables)
  • Adapting system concepts quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to Multi-task in a high paced environment
  • HR Systems (e.g. PrismHR is a plus)
  • Knowledge of state taxes
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of proven experience in Operational programs and/or Quality Control and Compliance
  • Solid understanding of risk management principles and concepts
  • Broad knowledge of HR concepts, processes, and their interdependencies
Salary range in New York based on experience $65K - 72K
