Prestige Enterprises is an Authorized Dealer for Cricket Wireless, we recently expanded our company and our team needs someone with your background and expertise in sales to help us take the next steps. We are currently seeking motivated individuals looking to make hourly pay, outstanding commission, plus daily bonuses as a Sales Manager.

As a Store Manager you will be the point of contact to your team and will be coaching, motivating, training, and leading your team to success by showing them how to reach their monthly goal while providing great customer service. • Retention, ensuring a positive comfortable work environment for Sales Advocates to grow and learn;
• Marketing-setting new trends to drive customers in;
• Employee Training/Development, for both new and vetted employees;
• Achieve sales, profit goals and proactively analyze business needs, identify opportunities, and create/execute improvement plans
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff

Requirements:

• One (1) year proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)
• One (1) year of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Cash handling: 2 years (Preferred)
• Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Bilingual (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
