Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from conception and ideas of cliente and designers, working with Drafters & Renderers, till working with Factories manufacturing the Furniture, and fianlly delivering and Installing the Custom and Build-in Furniture, making ensuring that each project is completed on time.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead project teams.
- Develop project schedules, timelines, and milestones
- Coordinate with architects, designers, drafters, engineers, and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Review and interpret blueprints, sketches, all types of Cad files

Experience:

- Proven experience in project management of creating cutom furniture or similar
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling and time management
- Ability to read and interpret Sketches all Cad Files
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques
- Proficiency in software such as Revit, Cad

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
