Come join our talented team in a newly created Technical Support Specialist position where you will provide technical support to employees and contractors, asset management, licensing administration, CRM system (Dynamics 365) maintenance and system updates, system security and compliance, and data visualization creating basic Power BI Dashboards.

Key Accountabilities

• Technical Support – Provide technical support to employees and contractors. Ensure issues are resolved timely, and if needed, logged and/or escalated.
• Maintain CRM System (Dynamics 365) – Collaborate with our Dynamics 365 CRM provider to maintain system and its data. Assist with basic data and system updates, provide user support, and monitor for enhancement opportunities.
• Licensing Administration – Manage and track licensing for various business applications, ensuring they are up to date and compliant with company policies.
• Data Visualization – Maintain, update, and create basic Power BI Dashboards based on leadership direction. Ensure data accuracy and effective visualization.
• Asset Management – Work with our IT provider to obtain hardware, complete setup, and manage the distribution of equipment. Assist in lifecycle management and locating equipment.
• System Security and Compliance – Assist IT provider to ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with data protection regulations. Help administer system settings, user accounts, and access permissions.
• Tech-Curious – Be curious about current technology trends and developments within the IT industry to propose new and innovative solutions.
• Other duties as needed or assigned.

Education / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data or Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related work experience required.
• Understanding of data visualization software required.
• Customer Relationship Management experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and MS office skills required.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who has proven ability to effectively listen and remain calm under pressure. 
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
