We're ready to hire experienced SERVICE PLUMBERS for service work at commercial facilities located in the New York Metro area. Fully qualified mechanics can earn up to $65 an hour based on their qualifications'.

IN SERVICE WORK Plumbers applying for this job must have a minimum of 5 years' experience and proven trouble shooting skills allowing them to efficiently find, diagnose and repair problems in existing plumbing systems and selecting cost effective means and

methods to fix the problem.

Must have good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to respond in a calm and effective manner in resolving plumbing problems with minimal oversight and handholding.

Typical responsibilities involve work as follows:

-Skillfully pipe and support copper, cast iron, black and galvanized pipe, PVC and PEX

-Expertly repair general plumbing components such as toilets, urinals, faucets, hose bibs and drains

Boiler installation and repairs

- Water and sewer installations

- Gas and Steam piping installations

You should possess the following skill levels/characteristics:

- Self-starter

- Able to plan work on your own

- Communicate effectively with customer and supply houses

- Identify materials, fittings, etc. required.

- Deal with emergency work in a calm, efficient and effective manner
