We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The Data Entry Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for our healthcare facility. This is a 6-month contract position. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data while ensuring data quality and integrity.

Responsibilities:

- Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records

- Verify data and correct any errors or inconsistencies

- Collect data from various sources and input it into the system

- Organize and maintain files and documents

- Perform basic math calculations when necessary

- Type, transcribe, and format documents as needed

- Assist with other clerical tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- Proven experience in data entry or in a similar role (recent college graduates are also encouraged to apply!)

- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Excel

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent organizational skills

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Fast typing skills with high accuracy

- Familiarity with databases and data entry systems

All candidates will be required to receive their flu vaccination.
