Director of Delivery Promise Optimization

Pay: $200-225k base salary bonus and RSU’s

Location: Bellevue, Sunnyvale, San Bruno or Bentonville

Our client is one of the largest retail corporations in the world that sells a variety of products at low prices through stores and on-line e-commerce marketplace. This person will be joining a growing team and a fast-paced e-commerce marketplace that is focused on improving delivery experience for the seller fulfillment business. This team builds products and will be working on managing highly reliable and scalable products for optimization of delivery speed.

Director Requirements:

• Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, Operations Research, statistics, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems
• Deep hand on knowledge of Cluster analysis techniques, simulation, inferential statistics, neural networks, or data mining techniques
• 10 years’ experience building and leading large cross-functional teams in an e-commerce Technology, Operations and Delivery Experience domain.

Director Responsibilities:

Creating business products and strategies

Data collection and analysis

Transit time and handle time model development and optimization

Negotiating, managing, and driving drive 3P Seller Full-filled network to create a great delivery experience

Builder mindset, driving end to end ownership of solutions, features and product development

Working cross-functionally and across multiple locations and cities

Excellent communication skills and being able to work cross-functionally across teams
