Prestige Staffing is hiring a VP of Business Development to lead our efforts in marketing our specialized services across the country. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to drive sales while contributing to our long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and qualify leads from marketing initiatives into sales opportunities.
• Conduct virtual discovery meetings via Zoom to introduce our services.
• Present tailored solutions to potential clients, focusing on their specific needs.
• Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with clients.
• Actively seek out new business opportunities in the market.
• Coordinate with Account Executives to schedule follow-up meetings or calls.
• Represent the company at professional conferences and events, including HFMA, Hometown Health, and the American Ambulance Association, to network and generate leads.

Required Skills:

• Proven sales experience, with a documented track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Proficient with CRM software and MS Excel for sales tracking and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Independent self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and goal-oriented mindset.
• Able to pass an OIG and criminal background
• Good relationships with hospital decision makers
• Able to travel 15% or less to conferences

Details:

Salary: $100,000 base plus uncapped commissions (average $3K-$7K monthly)
