Willow Brook Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center in beautiful Kutztown, PA is hiring for an experienced Admissions Director.
Responsibilities include:
Record information concerning inquiries, admissions, and discharges
The Admissions Director runs the daily census reports and reporting
The Admissions Director coordinates the inquiry process
The Admissions Director facilitates the admission process including completing required paperwork
The Admissions Director notifies and completes the reporting of admission updates
The Admissions Director maintains monthly records of census and other necessary reporting records
The Admissions Director remains in contact with new residents; perform 3-month post move-in visit, surveys residents for satisfaction
The Admissions Director represents facility at community events, open houses other special and public relation events
The Admissions Director works with Nursing Liaisons/Marketer with referrals/admissions
