Atlantic Shores Nursing and Rehab in beautiful Millsboro, DE is hiring for a Per Diem (PRN) Guest Services position.

This position is as needed with the hours of 12:00pm-8pm. This could include weekend shifts.

Job Overview: The Guest Services team member provides the initial introduction to our facility. Ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, pleasant telephone voice, great people skills, and theabilityto multi-task whilemaintaining a calm,focused, and patient disposition. Guest Services must be professional, personable, friendly, and able tohandlea variety of communicationsituations aswell as administrative tasks and multitask.

Job Duties

·Cordiallyandprofessionallygreetanddirectresidents,visitors,callers,andstaff.

·Become acquainted with staff members and their functions in order to properly route calls

·Completevarious administrativeprojects as directedby supervisor.

·Possessappropriatecomputerskillsneededtoeffectivelyaccomplishrequiredtasks.

·Cooperate with other departments to facilitate communications and notification of immediateneeds.

·Ability to followprocedures formedicalemergenciesandurgentmatters.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Guest Services candidate will have exceptional customer services/sales experience. Minimum requirement of a high school diploma.

·Maintain confidentiality/HIPPA at all times as it relates to resident information and business functions. Practicegoodjudgment atalltimes.

·Dependableattendance.

·Maintainproper dress code in uniform.
