Capitol City Rehab in Washington DC is hiring a Full Time Lead RNAC, Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (MDS Coordinator) position. This position is located in Washington, D.C. location. This is an excellent opportunity to join our growing team.
Responsibilities include the processing related to the assessment of patients and residents in a health care facility. RNAC will assess patients, asking patients to report how they feel, providing regular reports to doctors and other medical professionals, billing, and working with the MDS (medical decision support) system to ensure that all conditions are treated in the best possible way.
