- Customer Service Call Center Representative balance their focus on business results with offering options and finding solutions to help our customers.
- Take ownership of each customer interaction while treating customers with respect and responding with empathy.
- Document customer account activities thoroughly and concisely.
- Able to navigate multiple technologies while staying engaged with our customers.
- Demonstrates personal excellence including punctuality, integrity, and accountability
- We have bilingual (Spanish/English) positions as well as English-only positions.
- 100 incoming & outbound calls daily.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
- Saturday 9am - 2pm
- Sunday - Closed
Education:
- High school Diploma (Required)
