Job DescriptionPosition: A National Beverage Manufacturer is looking for a Director of Finance who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining financial controls and guidelines.This position will work closely with peer company partnerships on production, operations, and commercial strategies and we are looking for an entrepreneur-minded individual who is a self-starter and excited about growth. The role can be hybrid with 2-3 days per week.Responsibilities

- Develop financial controls and guidelines.
- Forecasting ownership in conjunction with commercial sales and marketing teams as well as peer production & operations partners.
- Maintain internal safeguards for revenue receipts, costs, team and organizational budgets and actual expenditures.
- Establish (in coordination with SLT) financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on biweekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Implement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all programs, adhering to US GAAP standards while remaining knowledgeable on proposed legislation.
- Managing all AR, AP, and bookkeeping activities.
- Support initially on reporting development across all functions involving data modeling.
- Assist SLT with investor relations, presentations, and capital calls.
- Other various activities such as, contract manufacturing negotiations and co-packing agreements, general ledger postings, tax reporting, fixed asset accounting, insurance contracts/renewals, cash reconciliations.
- 5 or more years of professional accounting experience (preferably within CPG)
- Understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis
- Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting
- Exemplary history of financial project management
- Strong Relationship Building Skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field.
- Professional certification, such as CPA (certified public accountant) or CA (chartered accountant)
- Knowledge and experience in ERP systems, Microsoft suite products, including Dynamics AX & Power BI
- Industry:
- Preferred: Beverage Manufacturing &/or Beverage Distribution
- Acceptable: CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or Food &/or Beverage Industry
- Acceptable : Any Production &/or Service Industry
- Salary $180,000 - $190,000 Benefits
