We are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our team.

Job Overview:

The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing the payroll process across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and legal requirements utilizing UKG Pro and Workforce Management systems. This role requires proficiency in UKG Pro (Ultimate Kronos Group) and Workforce Management systems to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. This role involves close collaboration with the HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process payroll data using UKG Pro and Workforce Management (WFD), including wage calculations, benefit deductions, and tax withholdings.
• Manage and maintain payroll records, including employee data, time-off requests, 401k loans and deferrals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including GDPR, pension schemes, and tax authorities.
• Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related issues, changes, and updates, communicating effectively with employees and management.
• Resolve payroll-related queries and errors in a timely and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll-related information.
• Maintain personnel files and handle sensitive payroll data with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
• Conduct regular payroll reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Identify and implement improvements to payroll processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations, laws, and industry best practices.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

You'll Be A Great Fit If You Have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• 3 years of experience in a payroll coordination role, preferably with experience in UKG Pro and WFD.
• A strong understanding of payroll regulations, including US employment law, tax laws, and pension schemes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• The ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• A Certification in payroll or HR (e.g., CIPP or CIPD) is a plus.
• Experience working with other HR systems, such as HRIS or benefits administration platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of HR compliance regulations, such as GDPR is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
