Description

Prevailance is seeking an experienced, mission-focused professional to support Commander Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Force Protection Directorate, N34, as a Data Housing and Reporting Tool (DHART) Database Coordinator. Travel may be required.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Provide support and guidance to Navy CNIC Region and Installation DHART coordinators and users
• Assist in the development of data capture and reporting formats for reporting (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Support the development of user guides and training for the DHART suite
• Support the development of instructions, policy, and doctrine for the management and utilization of the DHART suite
• Assist in conducting bi-weekly question and answer sessions for the DHART enterprise
• Assist in the administration of the Scheduling Application resident in the DHART suite

Requirements

• Must be a DHART Database Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Possess an extensive and current knowledge of Navy Force Protection, Antiterrorism, and Physical Security Program requirements, concepts, methodology and training to ensure the identification and promulgation of an effective program for vulnerability identification and mitigation in support of the N34 mission
• Possess expert knowledge of the Navy and CNIC Training Program and systems
• Possess expert knowledge of the authoritative CNIC training database DHART, to include all facets of DHART generated reports, linkages between training requirements and training profiles within the system
• Possess working knowledge of all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle

Security Clearance

Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance
