Description

Prevailance is seeking an experienced, mission-focused professional to be a Program Manager/Team Leader (PM/TL) for Commander Naval Surface Force, U.S. Atlantic Fleet (CNSL) INSURV Readiness Assist Team (IRAT). They will be a senior level manager within the company who has a minimum of twenty (25) years of U.S. Navy experience, including demonstrated management experience or project level management in shipboard operations and major systems.

Requirements

• 25 years of U.S. Navy experience as a Surface Warfare Officer
• Former Commanding Officer of a U.S. Navy Surface Ship
• Experience at the Major Command Level to interact with Flag Officers and ACOS

Strongly Desired: 

1) Served as Major Command Commanding Officer of a Surface Ship

2) Experience as an Inspector for the U.S. Navy Board of Inspection and Survey (INSURV)

3) Served as a Senior Inspector at INSURV

4) Experience as an inspector at the Afloat Training Group or TYCOM staff focusing on Pre-INSURV preparations 

Education:

High School Graduate or equivalent

Clearance:

Must possess or be able to obtain a SECRET clearance
