Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral arrangements and design, with the ability to create stunning displays for various occasions.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements for events, weddings, and everyday occasions
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies
- Keep the store visually appealing by arranging displays and merchandising products
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process sales transactions using a cash register or POS system
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
- Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and orders efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to assist customers in selecting appropriate floral arrangements
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using a cash register or POS system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with E-commerce platforms for online sales
- Multilingual abilities for diverse customer interactions
- Background in garden care or lawn maintenance for plant knowledge
- Familiarity with stock management practices

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
