Position Overview

The Client Service Representative I serves as the direct point of contact for clients, visitors, vendors, and the general public.

The Client Service Representative I provides clients with superior service with each customer interaction and serves as a positive representative of the company to ensure client loyalty.

The Client Service Representative I performs a wide range of administrative and office support activities.

Essential Duties

Include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Greet and direct all company visitors.
• Respond to client inquiries.
• Direct client to correct person / department if handling the query is beyond authority / ability.
• Secure office building entrance.
• Ensure company mailings are assigned postage and sent out in a timely manner.
• Serve as the contact for weather, medical, or other emergencies.
• Staff TeamSupport chat feature and resolve tickets.
• Triage technical IT issues that clients have with portal / website.
• Scan all relevant patient / institutional data into database(s) and ensure accuracy.
• Process and report (portal / email / fax / mail) all patient test results.
• Maintain and file all patient paperwork.
• Submit DNA requests and forward add on orders to Lab.
• Create data CDs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Software.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary Range :

$31,000.00 - $49,000.00The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Marshfield on a full-time basis and may differ by hiring location.

In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to receive company stock upon hire as well as annually.
