General Responsibilities:
The Clinical Coordinator will provide total care coordination for CSA clients to ensure that therapeutic services are provided utilizing the person-centered model and reviewing Community Support services to ensure services are appropriately documented. Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners to participate in continuity of care and discussions for the medical or physical condition of the client that have an impact on treatment, provide counseling and therapeutic services to clients through individual, family, and group sessions that are consistent with current treatment trends, professional standards, and Preventive Measures’ vision and values, assuring quality clinical services, documentation, and professional conduct as it relates to client care.
Masters Degree required
MUST be licensed in the District of Columbia with a LGPC or LGSW
