Summary:

Our client is in need of a temp contractor who will support the Enterprise Infrastructure Operations team with coordinating/managing internal and external infrastructure operations work.

Responsibilities include:

• Project planning, execution, and communication assistance
• Helping to manage resources and budgets within the department
• Maintaining project documentation and reports
• Tracking inventory and managing assets

Temp candidate should have prior IT infrastructure and project management experience via school or work, be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint and MS Project, along with demonstrated excellence in the following:

• Verbal and written communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise communication for diverse audiences
• Analytical skills with a solution-oriented, streamlined approach
• Organizational skills, detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks despite competing priorities
• Ensuring accuracy and precision in project documentation and deliverables
• Ability to learn new tools as required to support the needs to the department
• Working well independently or collaboratively as part of a team
