QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 7 years of supply chain and/or manufacturing experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- ASCM, CPIM, or CSCP Certification preferred
- Expert understanding of supply chain factory planning processes and tools (ERP, MRP, DRP, etc)
- Prior supply chain / materials leadership experience in a manufacturing plant
- Ability to collaborate daily with a cross functional team in a healthy, robust matrixed environment.
- Process improvement experience using Lean and/or Six Sigma tools
- Competence with MS 365 Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
- ERP systems and implementation knowledge; NetSuite experience a plus
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, team building, change management and team leadership experience and able to work with minimum direct supervision
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
