Location : Bethesda, Maryland
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Program Analyst to support the management of our Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). This system is crucial for handling Maintenance, Construction, Assets, and eventually Capital Planning and Space within our organization.

Minimum Education Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree

Certifications & Licenses

  • Bachelor's Degree

Skills Required

  1. Service Request Management
  2. Designing and Building Dashboards
  3. Creation of Database Reports

Software Proficiency

  • Enterprise Cloud Platforms, such as ServiceNow or Salesforce

Fields of Study

  • Management Information Systems and Statistics
  • Business Management and Administration
  • Public Administration

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical knowledge and support in developing and evaluating the fellowship program, establishing processes and procedures, and maintaining files.
  • Prepare program brochures, websites, applications, orientation documents, and regulatory submissions.
  • Produce various detailed reports for use by upper management.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other written material.
  • Respond to report requests from different divisions and external agencies.
  • Analyze and present selected program data to management staff.
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement the fellowship program, maintaining files and documents; assess processes and procedures and recommend improvements.
  • Provide recommendations to management on training materials and software end-user experience.
  • Analyze, develop, and implement new recruiting processes and training programs.
  • Prepare materials for training.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the program to ensure it aligns with the organization's objectives.
  • Collect data and provide summaries for decision-making by middle and senior level staff.
  • Promote the fellowship program to educational institutions, universities, and candidates.
  • Conduct meetings and train staff on various aspects of the fellowship program.
