Senior Manager, Operations Strategy Generalist (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Chicago, IL. Assist organizations in structuring, designing, and implementing comprehensive programs for performance improvement. Support clients in establishing distinctive capabilities that foster competitive advantages, creating strategic plans to navigate challenges, envisioning possibilities, and translating them into reality. Offer guidance on transforming operations, spanning customer engagement to the execution of strategic initiatives, aimed at achieving operational excellence across the enterprise. Evaluate business requirements and provide direction to clients in the development of innovative ventures, products, and services. Supervise and coach teams.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related field, plus 6 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

- Helping organizations with organic enterprise growth, pricing and profitability, shareholder value, and sustainable corporate strategies;

- Conducting market research and quantitative and qualitative analyses, including the timely synthesis of complex data into meaningful insights;

- Utilizing analytical frameworks and employing them effectively to integrate qualitative or quantitative evidence provided by clients to address business challenges;

- Developing production strategy and formulating go-to-market strategy by studying competitive landscape and customer requirements as well as leading product design engineering analysis and improving production efficiency and market share growth;

- Researching manufacturing landscape to support market entry strategy and target sales.

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% of the time is required.
