Job Title: Associate Director of Nursing

Location: 11212, Brooklyn NY

Contract Duration: 3-months (High possibility of extension)

Hours per week: 40 (Full time)

Job Description:

We are currently looking for Off-Shift Weekend/Holiday Supervisors who will be responsible for overseeing patient care on the unit. This role includes carrying out the hospital and nursing service's mission, vision, and values, as well as strategic planning, clinical management, budgeting, financial management, and quality management. The Supervisor will also ensure that health system service standards are met, creating a caring environment for patients and addressing their individual needs. Collaboration and respect with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members is essential.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
• Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience including previous supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, required.

Additional Information:

• Work Schedule: NIGHT SHIFT - 12:00 am - 08:15 am - 5x8 including weekends
• Hourly Pay Range: $70 - $80

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
