We’re looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team to support our efforts at the top of the sales funnel. The BDM will use creative prospecting methods to identify and qualify potential new opportunities. We’re not a “sales” organization, so we’re looking for someone with a warm and congenial approach to business development. We want to position ourselves as a strategic partner to clients, and that starts with a pleasant initial experience with our sales team.

The BDM will work in close partnership with Pride’s world-class marketing department to develop and deploy campaigns via email, social, and other creative outlets. This person should be able to bring unique and exciting ideas to the table and needs to be comfortable collaborating with multiple teams across the country and around the world.

The Opportunity:

• Client prospecting and prospect list management
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Work with marketing to develop campaigns that will drive new leads.
• Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns and sales opportunities
• Analyse market reports to determine where to seek out new business.
• Establish contact with new business opportunities via various means (e.g. phone, email, LinkedIn, etc)
• Understand our business offerings and work with the Senior Director to develop enticing proposals for prospective clients.
• Coordinate with other key stakeholders (e.g. Marketing) to deliver on above responsibilities.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish personal credibility and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Salary range:

The target salary for this role ranges from $80,000.00 - 100,000.00 per year. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
