We're looking for Case Worker for our client with a leading hospital in Bronx, NY.

Position: Case Worker

Location: Bronx, NY

Duration: 3 months contract with extension possibilities.

Shift: 9AM-5PM

Pay - $40/hr

Job Duties:

Interviews, makes initial assessments & referrals. Manages cases of social service recipients.

Investigates & verifies information obtained. Provides health related and social services to clients

Education:

Bachelor's Degree

Experience:

1 year experience required.
