PRIDE Health is Hiring a Human Resources Representative Near Greensboro, NC

Title: Human Resources Representative

Duration: 3 Months (Possible Temp To Hire Or Extension)

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr. - $23.87/hr.

Location: Greensboro, NC, 27401

Shift: M to F 8 AM to 5 PM

Job Duties-

  • Creating job postings and advertising vacancies on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
  • Reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to select the best candidates.
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
  • Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Assisting with performance reviews, setting goals, and providing feedback.
  • Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Organizing training sessions and professional development programs.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures.

Job Requirements-

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 2 years of Human Resources experience
  • Expertise with Lawson - Info
  • HRIS system experience preferred
  • Familiarity with special pay plans (e.g. float pay, differentials, premium pay/WEO, Kronos pay rules, etc.)
  • PHR or SPHR preferred
