Pride Health is hiring a Medical Assistant to support our client’s medical facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota . This is a permanent opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer flow by performing clinical and clerical tasks.
• Room patients, and administer immunizations, injections, and medications.
• Collect laboratory specimens.
• Perform additional tasks based on the specialty and clinic location.
• Maintain skill proficiency and accept other duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
• Perform x-ray duties (if certified), phlebotomy, and clinic laboratory tests.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent (GED) required.
• Medical Assistant certification is required.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting – Required

Additional Information:

• Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota
• Job Type: Permanent
• Schedule: 4- 10 hour shifts 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM.
• Pay Range: $ 20.00 to 26.00/hour.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
