Workday HCM/Talent Consultant

Pride Health is hiring Workday HCM/Talent Consultant for one of the large health systems based out of Greensboro, NC.

This is a 6-month contract with possibility of extension unto 18 months.

This is a 100% onsite role.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of experience managing large-scale Workday implementations.
• Proven background assisting with the design and development of Workday HCM, Performance & Reporting modules to optimize module features at the highest level.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Workday.
• Experience providing ongoing support for the Workday HCM system, including troubleshooting issues, resolving user queries and addressing system errors.
• Ability to provide end-user training and support documentation to ensure effective utilization.

Preferred:

• Workday HCM and Talent/Performance certification is strongly preferred.
