Job Description
Pride Health is hiring a Medical Assistant to support our client’s medical facility in Golden Valley, Minnesota . This is a permanent opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer flow by performing clinical and clerical tasks.
- Room patients, and administer immunizations, injections, and medications.
- Collect laboratory specimens.
- Perform additional tasks based on the specialty and clinic location.
- Maintain skill proficiency and accept other duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
- Perform x-ray duties (if certified), phlebotomy, and clinic laboratory tests.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent (GED) required.
- Medical Assistant certification is required.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting – Required
Additional Information:
- Location: Maple Grove and Osseo, Minnesota
- Job Type: Permanent
- Schedule: Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 05:00 pm
- Pay Range: $20.00 to 26.00/hour.
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
