Business Development Representative (BDC)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily duties include fielding incoming phone calls generated from internet and traditional advertising
• Executing pro-active marketing campaigns from the company database
• Handles Internet inquiries
• Sets appointments for Sales Team
• Checks e-mail frequently and responds to inquiries immediately
• Working directly with the sales and finance departments to assist customer requests
• Data mining to ensure customer retention and repeat sales

REQUIREMENTS:

• Automotive Business Development Experience is required
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Must be able to make multiple phone calls per day
• Strong Communication Skills required
• Strong writing skills required
• Attention to detail required
• Pleasant and confident phone voice
• Drive to succeed
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
