Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a diverse skill set in various medical specialties.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the Medical/Surgical unit
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to healthcare providers
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Experience:
- Prior experience in Medical/Surgical nursing preferred
- Knowledge of ER, Internal medicine, and Workers compensation law is advantageous
- Familiarity with ICD-10 coding system
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Proficiency in Esthetic laser treatment techniques is beneficial
- Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records system
- Knowledge of DME (Durable Medical Equipment) usage and management
- Experience in infant care and pediatric nursing is desirable
- Strong anatomy knowledge for effective patient assessment

Additional Information:

· Location: Jamaica Plain, MA

· Schedule: Nights, 36 hours/week; 7p-7a, E/O weekends.

· Pay Range: $54-$55 per hour

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
