Pridelines is a grassroots 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Miami, FL. Our mission is to support, educate, and empower South Florida's LGBTQ youth and the community at large. We provide affirming programs and services in safe and diverse environments to promote dialogue, wellness, and foster social change. Pridelines was founded in 1982 by gay and bisexual youth for LGBTQ youth and their allies in response to Anita Bryant's "Save Our Children" campaign. We offer a range of services including peer-led youth groups, HIV testing, social support, skills building, leadership development, mental health referrals, and healthcare support services for LGBTQ youth and their allies throughout South Florida.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Community Outreach & Engagement Lead at Pridelines in Miami, FL. As the Community Outreach & Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day community outreach activities and leading engagement initiatives. You will work closely with the LGBTQ community and other stakeholders to promote Pridelines' programs and services, build relationships, organize events, and advocate for LGBTQ rights and inclusivity.
