Pay: $23.00/hr.
Location: Freeport, NY
We are looking for a candidate who has the attention to detail to review and prepare accurate invoices and provide superior customer and vendor business-to-business basis, by phone! We pride our company on providing excellent customer service and we're looking for individuals who are already looking for success and the potential of a long-term career opportunity with our company! Experience working in an office, basic computer knowledge, professional and courteous phone skills to work in our fast-paced environment. Prior invoicing/billing and customer service and/or in-bound call center experience (1-2 years) is a plus.
Essential Job Duties and Expectations of Various Jobs:
- Verify/Process invoices.
- Preparing invoices for customers and vendors
- Resolve customer service inquiries and concerns.
- Recognize, document and alert managers with escalated calls/issues.
- Receive and dispatch service calls.
- Taking resolutions from vendors and entering them into multiple computer systems
- Other duties as assigned.
- Prepared billing in professional offices
- Attention to detail--comparing work completed to invoices.
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and make sound decisions.
- Use proper discretion in evaluating/elevating customer issues.
- Good defusing techniques for difficult situations
- Excellent work history
