PrideNow is urgently hiring for one of our HVAC clients in Freeport NY, for the position of an HVAC Proposals Associate/Representative.

Job Type: Full-time/Permanent

Pay range: $23-29/hr.

Shift: 1st shift hours (8a-5pm or 9a-6pm)

Candidates must be open to working overtime shifts- weeknights and weekends 2-3x a month based on the season so could vary (busy seasons are summer & winter) These OT shifts are work from home

Job Summary: The HVAC Proposals Representative prepares and presents HVAC service and repair proposals to clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proposal Preparation: Develop detailed HVAC proposals, including scope, pricing, and timelines.
• Client Interaction: Present proposals, address questions, and follow up with clients.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain proposal records, review and follow-up with clients on submitted Proposals.

Qualifications:

• 3 years in HVAC or related industry.
• Strong understanding of HVAC terminology
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of ServiceChannel, Fexa, Corrigo and other facility-related software a plus (if not, we’ll train).
