PRIDENOW is Hiring a Warehouse Lead Near Rock Hill, SC
- At least 2 years of direct business experience in Production, Packaging and/or Warehousing.
- 2-year college degree preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of office processes, procedures, and ERP technology. Experience in coordinating projects and team activities using ERP systems.
- Ability to track Key Performance Indicators and enforce/follow monitoring methods to improve upon KPIs.
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, a sense of urgency and the ability to accept accountability.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Successfully multi-task.
- Lead ‘best in class’ behaviors with focus on safety, quality, and policy focus.
- Use intermediate to advanced computer skills to add further value to the Warehouse Department.
Work Environment:
- Ability to work in a light to high noise environment.
- Communicate in English to give acknowledgement.
- Reaching with hands and arms throughout shift.
- Ability to use hands and fingers.
- Ability to see, hear and talk.
- Employees are frequently required to sit.
- Occasionally required to walk, climb and/or balance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Walk up to 400 yards to work and break areas.
