We are seeking a Dispatcher / Scheduler to join our team!

CO2 Monitoring LLC is a manufacturing and installation company based out of Las Vegas, NV. Our company manufactures and installs CO2 monitoring systems that provide a safe environment by preventing and protecting against potential health risks caused by the leakage of CO2. We are looking for a scheduler to assist with scheduling our installers in the states that we service.

This position will be high energy and require constant communication between staff in the office and installers in the field. You will need to be able to effectively adapt and maneuver different situations as they arise.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling & Tracking Progress of Installers
• Tracking and maintaining multiple jobs in different statuses
• Answering Phones
• Perform all other general office tasks
• Scheduling / Coordination of Final Inspections with Fire Districts (training provided)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in scheduling a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in teams
• Strong organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
