Accounts Receivable
Salary: $18.00 DOE
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Location: Cuyahoga Falls, OH
Our client is looking for an accounts receivable team member who is comfortable working in a rubber compounding facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing of accounts receivable
- Receive and post payments
- Complete periodic reports
- Support Accounts Payable
- Appropriate handling of Customer calls regarding billing errors or payments
- Process insufficient balance checks with accuracy
- Data entry
Key Requirements:
Experience working in Accounting would be preferred
Experience with collections related to payment of invoices is preferred
Experience with Adage or Sage preferred
2 years of experience preferred
Very good math skills
High attention to detail
Organizational skills
Candidates must consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen, and must be able to provide two professional job references.
