Job Responsibilities:
- Lien Waivers
- Contract Billing
- Excel
- Project Reconciliation - with breakdown for customers
- Invoicing Customers
- Outbound calls to customers in regards to remaining balance from completed projects
- Draws are submitted and verifying / follow-up when they are due with customers
- Strong Problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Email Correspondence - acknowledge incoming emails, research and get back to customers or vendors.
- Need to be comfortable building basic Excel Spreadsheets with Formulas and Tabs that would feed from one tab to a Main Page.
