- Support the executive management team with paperwork, filing, organization of tasks.
- Assist with managing schedules and organizing calendars.
- Assist the outside Team with scheduling factory trips and flights.
- Assist with filing promotional reimbursements for factories.
- Assist with coordinating food for sales meetings and events.
- Assist with securing outside venues for factory outings.
- Additional support of creating documents and processes
- Full time
- Help monitoring RGA in box and eventually help with processing RGAs.
- Assist with reconciling orders against commission reports for consignments products.
- Invoicing backup.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $24.00
