Pridestaff is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Investment Firm client located in San Diego, CA. Seeking a highly skilled professional to join our growing team. This full-time temporary position with an approximately 3-4 month duration.
Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments & provide information to callers
• Compose memos, transcribe notes, manage projects
• Generate reports and prepare / monitor invoices
• Assist with Docusign and Saving Files
• Checks mail daily and scans to appropriate individuals
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines

Skills Required:

• Possess recent Administrative Assistant experience
• Have strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Be able to work well independently
• Must be very proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel.
