Sales Trainee

Shift/Hours: Tuesday - Friday, First Shift 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Pay Rate: $20/hr.
Location: Escondido, CA 
Experience: 6-12 months

Responsibilities to include:

• Reach out to potential customers and arrange informative sales meetings
• Educate customers on our product offerings and quality services
• Assist sales representatives with collaborative client presentations and proposals
• Process orders accurately and follow up courteously with customers as needed
• Maintain organized records of sales contacts and respectful customer interactions
• Follow up with customers post-sales to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities
• Assisting/ meeting with the bride and groom regarding their inquires.

Requirements include:

• Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
• Have excellent time management principles and personal organization skills
• Strong ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and database management systems
• Proficiency MAC OS
• Excellent attention to detail
• Positive, professional and enthusiastic demeanor
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
• Skill in effective, informative presentations
• Ability to respectfully persuade through respectful dialogue

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in Slack
• Proficiency in Trello
