Bilingual Promotion Van Associate

Job Description : Will be working out of the promotion van at local events. Will perform a variety of tasks regarding customers, vendors, and retailer services.

This position will interact with customers in person, and through correspondence, by providing product information, policies and procedures, as well as rules and regulations.

Schedule : Must be Flexible, hours are based off events. When working in office the schedule will be Monday - Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm

Pay Rate : $18 - $19

Key Responsibilities :

• Face to face interaction with Customers
• Handle cash transactions
• Prepare a variety of written correspondence
• Operate a cash register, calculator, and various office equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Must be flexible for scheduling purposes, including overtime during peak seasons such as Holidays and / or events.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Demonstrated experience working with confidential information
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
• Basic computer skills required, along with prior data entry experience
• Basic mathematical skills required
• Bilingual in Spanish Preferred.
