Job Description
PrideStaff Financial has partnered with our Dallas, Texas based client in search of a dynamic Bookkeeper to join their growing team direct hire !
This role is a mix of AR/AP and payroll coupled with some admin support/office management tasks.
This position is 100% onsite in Fort Worth.
Compensation : $55,000-$75,000 DOE
Duties :
- New customer credit check & setup
- Send weekly statements & communicate with clients regarding past due balances (collections)
- Reconcile payment discrepancies
- Payroll processing, timekeeping, onboarding, and insurance reconciliation
- Answer phones
- Post Office pickup
- Order lunches, supplies
- Reconcile monthly statements (i.e. credit card, phone, fuel, insurance)
- Some scanning and back up AP.
- Assist Operations as needed
Requirements :
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role leveraging QuickBooks
- Ability to take ownership of the duties and position
- Reporting skills, attention to detail, verbal and written ability to communicate
