Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher Asheville Up to $24.00 / hr.

PrideStaff is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher for a distribution company located in Asheville .

Job Summary : This position will act as a liaison between the company and a specified customer to schedule and dispatch work orders related to repairs and maintenance at various facilities across the US.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Primary contact between the company and the customer.
• Generate quotes for submitted workorders in the company’s CRM system.
• Schedule work to be done at customer sites.
• Provide timely and accurate updates to work orders.
• Follow up with customer and service providers to ensure the work was completed to their satisfaction.
• Work with the Business Development Manager and other team members to develop strong relationships with customers and service providers.

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience in an office work environment
• Strong customer service experience
• Data entry skills
• Familiar with CRM systems
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise
• Proficient with MS Office and Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management, follow-up and strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Works well under pressure Hours of Work : 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $20.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
