Monday to Friday 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm with one weekday off

Saturday 9 : 00 am to 1 : 00 pm

We are seeking a motivated self-starter to join our growing team. If you have a passion for customer service, sales experience, and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, text, email, and in-person
• Respond to all inquiries and requests quickly and efficiently
• Sell products and services to new and existing customers
• Process orders and transactions accurately and efficiently
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests
• Maintain updated knowledge of products

Skills Required :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Comfortable with computers, data entry and learning new software
• Organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with sales techniques and processes a plus
