Compensation: $45-48,000 ( doe) this is a base salary with growth opportunities
Location: Chantilly, VA
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 7:00a - 3:30p Hybrid 3in/2home
Responsibilities:

• Read and understand electrical and architectural drawings.
• Identify discrepancies in drawings, fixture schedules and lighting specifications.
• Provide accurate and timely fixture and lighting control material lists.
• Request pricing and lead times through manufacturer and reps
• Work diligently with all divisions of our Commercial Lighting and Outside Sales team.

Requirements:

• Dynamic, up-beat personality with collaborative mind-set
• Be self-motivated and self-structured
• Must be detail oriented
• Must maintain focus for time management
• *Strong MS Office skills, specifically Excel

Preferences:

• 1-3 years of estimating experience
• Experience in reviewing construction plans, specifications, and other related construction documents.
• Experience with Bluebeam
• Electrical field experience a plus, but not a necessity
• Have some knowledge of lighting controls.
