The Graphic Designer will support the creative team through the creative development, production, timely execution of design products and serving as a functional conceptual designer for design projects including marketing collateral, advertising, presentations and publications. They will work closely with creative and production leads, print buyers and operations team to ensure overall consistency, accuracy and timeliness of materials, as well as the management of complex projects and sophisticated design requirements. The designer must be capable of handling rush design requests as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for concepting big ideas for corporate partners when requested
- Create decks with mood boards, concepts and execution ideas
- Providing support on largest campaigns
- Take initiative in creating style guides, selecting appropriate photography, patient art, etc.
- Final deliverables will include OOH (billboards, transit shelter, etc.), goal trackers, table tents, etc.
- Sr. Level Graphic Designer, 10 years experience preferred
- Will consider candidates with at least 5 years experience pending design strength
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite , Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, Keynote required
- Design experience in PowerPoint and Keynote required
- Skilled in typography and layout
- Conceptualize projects from start to finish
- Understanding of production and releasing files for print.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate with team members
- Successful candidate will be proactive, work independently and finish work with little directive and consider user journey & experience.
