Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
$30 to $35 per hour Profit Sharing!
Guaranteed pay for 40 hours per week!!
A family-owned business that has been professionally maintaining and servicing properties in the Lehigh Valley since 1988.
The ideal candidate will be a HVAC Installer with 5-10 years experience
Job requirements for HVAC Installer Lead include:
- 5 years HVAC installation experience
- Installation of heating, cooling, indoor air quality, refrigerant and control systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on all brands of equipment.
- Provide great customer service.
- Willing to learn more.
- Great attitude.
- Be on time.
- $500 deductible health insurance PPO Blue
- Up to 5 weeks vacation and 5 sick days
- Simple IRA with a 3% match
- Tool program
- Boot allowance
- Bonus plan will provide monthly bonus, year ending bonus.
- Guaranteed 40 hr. minimum paycheck at any time. Even when we are slow.
