PrideStaff is Hiring a Logistics Repair Coordinator (2nd Shift) Near Florence, KY

Logistics Repair Service Coordinator 3-5yrs of experienced Needed
Pridestaff is looking for logistics repair coordinators for a client located in Florence, KY, which is a leading provider of emergency roadside assistance for the
intermodal and over-the-road transportation industries, offering expedited service and preventative
maintenance protection to company fleets and owner-operators alike. We specialize in timely emergency
service, getting equipment back on the road, fast.

Available Shifts: (2nd shift) 2pm-10:30pm
Tuesday-Saturday 2nd Shift
Rotating Weekends- 2nd Shift

$19-$22hr.

Position Summary:
The Account Repair Service Team is looking to add new members with a strong Customer Service
mentality! Repair Service Coordinators are needed to help customers navigate through emergency
breakdowns and preventative maintenance events. These coordinators remain highly professional,
courteous, and knowledgeable whilst working with customers and vendors alike.
Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with customers to swiftly resolve emergent or maintenance needs through
  • all stages of a service event, including vendor selection, dispatch, follow-up, and completion
  • Accurately relay breakdown specifics to ensure accurate dispatch and timely repairs
  • Communicate with a wide variety of vendors throughout the FYX network
  • Resolve on-demand customer requests and provide product and service information 
  • Create repair estimates, and obtain appropriate customer approvals as required
  • Identify and escalate priority issues and route calls to appropriate resources and/or leadership team
  • Achieve individual production targets or quota; assist the team in reaching the monthly budget requirement

  • Position Qualifications: 
  • Strong customer service skills and the desire to deliver excellence
  • Ability to amicably resolve disputes with customers and vendors 
  • Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and follow-up skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a high-stress environment
  • Able to work on several projects or service events at any given time, with no productivity
  • degradation: multi-tasking skills able to remain sitting at a workstation whilst carrying out a variety of
  • both manual and computerized data entry and processing tasks? 
  • Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite of programs; information technology and CRM proficiency;
  • willingness and capacity to learn new computer or mobile programs
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Flexibility with schedule to assist with a 24/7 365 environment
